Poly Carbonate Sheet

The oldest and maybe most popular plastic is PVC (polyvinyl chloride), which comes in sheet form. It is a rigid plastic that is often grey but can also be seen in red or black.

Concentrated acids, alkalis, and alcohols are just only some of the many substances to which PVC Sheeting has a very good resistance. PVC is an exceptionally valuable material for pipe fittings and components where chemicals are handled in industry due to its outstanding mechanical strength and simplicity of machining. It is clearly capable of being machined, turned, drilled, and tapped. PVC has good electrical insulating qualities and a low moisture absorption rate of 0.2%.
